Guinevere's slender frame moved quietly and swiftly through the courtyard of the palace, calmly joining the commoners on the other side of the palace gates. She didn't normally leave the palace unless it was on special occasion, but boredom led her to venture outside the gates. The leopard was always one to pull rank, even though she's at the bottom of the royalty barrel. She's not even of royal blood having been adopted, but nonetheless she took advantage of the status she was lucky enough to be given. Big paws swept across the dirt in graceful strides towards the Mistic Temple without a single glance given to any of the Dolce's citizens. Her hazel eyes stared silently in the distance, perfectly poised upon her destination. Tawny ears rotated upon her dainty skull, keeping her aware of anyone who dared to step in her way. Her morning had started off rather dull with the usual tasks of getting up and getting ready, having skipped breakfast. She wasn't quite a sociable feline but one that rather welcomed being doted upon and given attention. Which she found that slaves were perfect for; willing to bring her anything or do anything for her on a whim. She reveled in being able to give orders and have them fulfilled, it was a delight she hadn't even earned.
The Leopardess' pace slowed down to taunting walk, her lithe hips swaying in a seducing roll. What a nice way to walk into a religious building, hmm? But her gaits seemed to carry such an essence without any conscious effort made. It was a talent or quite possibly a gift from the gods. She chuckled at the thought as she scanned the benches and saw that today the space was empty. Gwen wasn't religious, but she found all aspects of the subject rather fascinating and often found herself joining the festivities only to be a spectator. She approached the front bench and leaped eloquently upon the raised ledge to sit down. Once sitting, her long, bushy tail curved around her paws as her keen eyes studied the images and the decorations many villagers worshipped vigorously. She found it idiotic, but nonetheless found amusement from it all.

It was all new and dandy here. But it really wasn't anything Adrian hadn't seen before, was it? He had traveled long and far from the northern frozen terrain to escape to his natural habitat. This place still had the season known to snow and freezing temperatures. But at the moment, it was summer and it was a glorious summer at that. The sun was near it's highest point, still early in the day. He felt that at least he could be exploring this place if he was going to stay or not. All he knew is it was warm right now and that was all he wanted. Right?
He sighed loudly. He was always some how contradicting himself. He travels around, meeting some then dodging others. Just last year he thought he could have settled into a area similar to this. But the second he stepped foot in he was wanted to a slave trade. It was odd how that seemed to pop up. He was aware of the system here, but not the rules and what not. Truthfully he was pretty lost and frustrated at the moment. As much as he hated to admit it, he felt low on energy. He didn't have much of a penny to get himself by currently, along with that he was tired and close to starving like usual. But he needed to talk to someone.
Having always done everything on his own, he liked being independent and doing as he pleased. He didn't want to feel like he owed anyone or something of the sort. But you got to do what you've got to do. The streets were actually pretty quiet during this time. And within Adrian's aimless wandering he had come across a temple of some sorts. He gave a smirk and entered in. If anything he could relax here and wait for, hopefully a kind person to whom would enter in such a place. But when he entered the large room, there was a Leopard pondering the art.
He came to a halt. Reassuring himself this one wouldn't snatch him up and try to sell him. Or would they? Like he knew at the time,. Most like him would be on their toes and try and hide. But Adrian figured if it was the same here, he might as well just be a slave forever. With the tiniest pang of courage that may linger in his heart he stepped forth to approach this femme. He felt strange, being a male yet so much smaller. It was still strange to accept the two species being so near each other. There was a crisp scent to her, loyalty?
"Hmm, sorry to disturb you ma'am. Well.. you see, I'm a bit clueless to where the bloody hell I am and well everything from there." He put it bluntly. Not having made eye contact yet he walked forward so that he was in front of the first bench. His bright green eyes actually held a hopeful expression. He also forced a very charming smile to her. Meanwhile his very lengthy and skinny flank slumped to the ground as he began to lick his sore paws from his careless journeys.
